2017 Wilson County Fair Vendors and Exhibitors Application

Important NoteThis is an application for vendor or exhibitor space at the Wilson County Fair.  Please fill out application completely.  Include a brief description and photo of your display unit or concession trailer with application.  An application does not guarantee a space.  If selected you will be contacted by a representative of the Wilson County Fair.

A committee will evaluate your application and, if accepted, you will receive information regarding vendor space.


  • *Exhibit/Booth Hours Set-Up:
  • Thursday August 17 - 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Friday August 18 - 8 a.m. - 12 noon

*Fair Exhibit/Booth Hours

  • Friday, August 18 & 25 - 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 19 - 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 20 - 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • Monday, August 21 - 3:00 p.m. for Seniors over 60
  • Monday - Thursday - August 21-24 - 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 26 - 10 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

NO exhibit may be removed prior to fair closing.  You can tear down your exhibit on Sunday, August 27 after 8:00 a.m.  Exhibitors leaving prior to Wilson County Fair closing without management consent risk forfeiting future exhibit privileges.

The 2016 Festival of Lights will open at the James E. Ward Ag Center at 5:00 p.m. on November 25th with over 500,000 lights covering the Ag Center and the Historic Fiddlers Grove Village.  The annual event has many new additions and you will enter through the Main Gate of the James E. Ward Ag Center in front of the new Convention Center.  As you drive through the village you will experience a visit with Santa and the 50+ historic buildings will come to life in a grand fashion as you experience the Christmas Season. 

The Festival of Lights will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. through December.  The price is $10.00 per car and $25.00 per small bus.  The Festival of Lights is located at 945 East Baddour Parkway, Lebanon, Tennessee.  For more information call 615-443-2626.

This year the holiday lights display is set for Friday, Saturday and Sunday beginning November 26 and ending December 31, 2016.  Drive the festival route from the comfort of your car, turn out your headlights and just follow the magical glow.  The gates will open at 5:00 p.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.  Admission is $10 per car.  Buses will be $25.
