Section 1:  Horticulture

  1. All entries must be entered Thursday, August 17, between 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m
  2. No person may enter more than one entry in each lot except Class 32.
  3. Competition os open to Wilson County residents and former members of the Nashville Rose Society.
  4. Placements will be made on the decision of the ARS Judges.
  5. Each specimen consists of one bloom to a stem, less side blooms, unless the schedule states a spray.
  6. Premiums will be paid Sunday, August 27, at 1:00 p.m. and ribbons and awards should be picked up by 2:00 p.m.
  7. All entries should be clean and properly prepared for judging on arrival although assistance will be available. Wedging with Oasis is allowed.
  8. Glassware will be provided until stores are exhausted.

Queen of the Show - Rosette and 14 inch Crystal Vase.
King of Show - Rosette and 14 inch Crystal Vase.
Princess of Show - Rosette and 10 inch Crystal Vase.

Roses and foliage can be garden grown or purchased at a florist, roses must dominate.

LOT
1.  Tradition table arrangements for a Garden Party.  Staged on a atable not to exceed 36 incles.
2.  Tall arrangements staged on tall pedestal to celebrate the "Here Comes the Fun".
3.  Dry arranement on a hat.
