The Wilson County Fair is the Place to Be for the Total Eclipse viewing on August 21st as the fair opens at 10:00 a.m. with a special admission price of $6.00 and ride all rides Armband at half price. The fair will be giving free glasses to the first 10,000 guest and having registration for the Best Seat in the House as you enter the gates. The Fair is offering Two large Ferris Wheels and if guest are lucky they might win a free ride on the Ferris Wheel during the Total Eclipse at 1:28 p.m. Lebanon is one of the best locations for viewing of the Eclipse and the only fair in Middle Tennessee operating during the Eclipse. The fair will also be having a professional fireworks show at the time of the Eclipse. The entire fair will be open that day and will be having Teachable Moments on the Eclipse conducted by Wilson County Educators at the new Expo Center.
The fair will be offering a special viewing station at the Motorsports Arena for this unique opportunity. Monday is a great day as Bates Ford of Lebanon will be sponsoring the return of the Oak Ridge Boys in concert at 7:30 p.m. Tickets purchased and ride armbands are good all day with prices going to regular price at 3:00 p.m. Monday will also be Senior Citizens Day at the Wilson County Fair.
