Open to all Junior High & Senior High Central Region 4-H members. This is a qualifying contest and Senior High winners will go on to compete at state level. All entries should be submitted through your Extension Office.
Awards Program at 2:00 p.m. Individual winners will be named in each division. Divisions in Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken Barbecue.
The 4-H Member will furnish their own meat for meat cooking, their own recipe, and the following equipment:
Small Folding Table
Mop for Sauce
Small Rake or Stick to Adjust Briquettes
Gloves and/or Shovel
Sauce for Chicken
