2012 Wilson County Fair Vendors and Exhibitors Application

Important Note:  This is an application for vendor or exhibitor space at the Wilson County Fair.  Please fill out application completely.  Include a brief description or photo of your display unit or stand with application.  An application does not guarantee a space.  If selected you will be contacted by a representative of the Wilson County Fair.

               ALL CONCESSION/FOOD SPACES ARE FULL FOR 2012.

NOTE - Payment & Cancellation Deadline June 30, 2012  - Payments may be paid by check prior to deadline.  Payments received after June 30, 2012 MUST be made in cash or US Money Order.  No refunds on cancellations after July 23.

BOOTH INFORMATION: 

• *Exhibit/Booth Hours Set-Up:

• Thursday August 16 - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Friday August 17 - 8 a.m. - 12 noon

*Fair Exhibit/Booth Hours

• Monday-Thursday -  5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
• Fridays - 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
• Saturdays - 10 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
• Sunday - 12 p.m. - 10 p.m.

NO exhibit may be removed prior to fair closing August 25, 10:30 p.m.  Exhibitors leaving prior to Wilson County Fair closing without management consent risk forfeiting future exhibit privileges.
