8-10 p.m. - Josh Noren and the Good Day
Who is Josh Noren?
Emerging from a small town in Northwestern Arkansas, JN spent most of his formative years playing music and fronting bands of all kinds. But big strides were made for this guitar playing, singer-songwriter; from writing and recording songs on an old desktop computer in his parents garage to now fronting new pop-rock project Josh Noren & The Good Day, who are based out of Nashville, Tennessee and are releasing their new e.p. in physical form and on iTunes.
Since relocating to Tennessee in 2010, JN & TGD have been busy about town, writing, recording and performing with some of Nashville’s finest new talent.
JNs approach to music is simple; in his words "a great melody is something you can find yourself whistling all day long". The future is bright for this fresh, young artist whose influences include Keith Urban and Stevie Ray Vaughn. If you find yourself at a JN show you may hear sounds reminiscent of James Taylor, John Mayer and even a little David Grey, but what you will definitely notice, is that there is something different, new and intriguing to be found in JN & TGD. It could be that Josh Noren himself looks like a country/pop version of James dean, or it could be the smooth melodic sound of his music that hits you on another level.

8-10 p.m. - Cheyenne
Always singing, whether for his family or in his grandfather’s truck, Dustin got his musical influence by listening to various artists growing up. From the Commodores to Merle Haggard he soaked it all in. He started singing professionally at the age of 20.
He first sang in a band called Carolina of Texas for 2 years without making a dime. “Just wanted to learn how to sing” he said. He has shared the stage with several artists such as Somewhere in Texas, Stage II, Lost Wolf, Eddie Raven, David Ball, TUB, Gary Stewart, RIO, Johnny Lee, Toby Keith, Mark Chestnutt, Ace in the Hole Band, People’s Choice and Kevin Fowler.
Before joining Cheyenne in its early day, Dustin had sung in a National Competition called Star Mania. After winning the local event, then the statewide contest, he flew to Las Vegas to take on the National Competition. Competing against 500 other contestants, Dustin ultimately ended up winning.
Giving the music business a break for a while, he met the love of his life, Jodi. Dustin and his new bride moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Living the “Island Life” for almost 2 years, they decided country music was still calling. So take me back to Texas.
Back in Texas he decided to give Cheyenne another try. Dustin says,
“Get your popcorn ready, because it’s gonna be a helluva RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!”

8-10 p.m. - Zachary Allen and Born for This
http://www.indieheaven.com/artist_main.php?id=39124
Zachary Allen is a guitar player and singer originally from Gilroy, California who is fourteen years old. When Zachary was four years old, he saw Marty McFly play Johnny Be Goode in Back To The Future, and was hooked! "That's cool! I want to do that some day!"
At the age of six, Zachary Allen started performing in children's musical theater, as well as taking private guitar lessons. During this time, he was introduced to classic rock music and asked to play guitar and sing during the theater performances. This classic rock influence continued to be a driving force in Zachary Allen's music, and hits by groups such as the Stray Cats and Lynyrd Skynyrd were staples in his repertoire. Performing all around town, local newspapers were hailing him as "a modern-day Mozart with the 20th Century twist of electricity."
Whether Zachary Allen is playing to a small group at a coffee house, a larger group at a county fair, or thousands on local radio, his energetic sound has people wanting more of his cool rock sound. "Zachary is a guitar phenom who is destined to make it in the music business" says rocker Greg Kihn, now host of a morning radio show in San Jose, California. Zachary has performed live on the Greg Kihn show several times solo as well as with his former band, Rock Solid.
His current band, Born For This, consists of his eight-year-old brother Christian Taylor on drums, sixteen-year-old Nick Fridell on bass, thirteen-year-old Joseph Lopez on keyboard and thirteen-year-old Aaron Slivey on rhythm guitar. They make up an extremely talented and unique group, who love to play together. They are passionate about their music and strive to be a positive example to young people everywhere.
