Each contestant may decorate 1 (one) cookie to be judged. The contestant may be accompanied by an adult or older sibling, but must do all of the decorating him(her)self.

(Registration limited to 12 contestants in each age division.)
       Division One:  5-8 Years of Age
       Division Two:  9-13 Years of Age
       Division Three:  14-18 Years of Age

1. Each contestant must provide their own frosting and/or other decorating material. All material must fit in a small shoebox sized container. The cookies will be provided.
2. All materials used to decorate the cookie must be edible.
3. Frosting and decorations may be home-made or store bought.
4. Contestants will be judged strictly on appearance. Taste will not be judged.
5. A prize will be given for the "Best Fair Theme" cookie in each division.
6. Contestants will be given 20 minutes to decorate their cookies.
7. Winner of the Fair Theme Cookie will be invited back to help judge next year’s contest as the reigning winner and will not be eligible for participation.
