Entries must be entered between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2011.  Premiums will be paid and exhibits removed on Sunday, August 21, 2011, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

RULES

1. Contest is open to amateur brewers who are residents of Tennessee.
2. It is requested that each bottle be labeled stating name of contestant and description of style to be judged.
3. Each entry should be submitted in three (3) 10-14 oz. bottles. No swing tops allowed.
4. Entries will be judged on clarity, aroma, head, initial impression, body and after-taste in a blind testing Friday, August 12, 2011.
5. No entries will be allowed if participant is involved with the competition committee.
6. No participants are allowed during judging.  (Only chairman and judges and select kitchen staff.)
