2012 QR Code Scavenger Hunt

Saturday, August 18 & 25, 2012 6:30 p.m.

in the Fiddlers Grove Tent

 Registration Fee $5.00

Prizes:  1st - $50; 2nd - $30; 3rd - $20

 Contestants will use their Smart phone or tablet to read a QR code that gives them a clue with directions to the location of their next QR clue.  Clues will take contestants to locations covering the entire fairgrounds.  The first contestant to collect all their clues and return to The Fiddlers Grove Tent wins.

• Contestants must be at least 12 years old
• This is an Individual event. NOT A TEAM EVENT!
• Registration begins at 5:30
• Contestants must use their own Smart device read the QR Code
• Any Smart device is allowed:  Android, BlackBerry, Pre, Windows, iPhone, iPad, iTouch, etc.
• Software to read QR Code must be loaded on the device before entering
• Internet, Wi-Fi,  or cell phone service NOT NECESSARY to enter
• Details will be provided the day of the contest
• Decisions of the judges are final
