HOW TO PRE-REGISTER EXHIBIT ENTRIES ONLINE
To pre-register your exhibit entries on-line, follow the steps below:
1. Go to our website at http://www.wilsoncountyfair.net
2. Click on the “Online Entries” link.
3. Log in using your username and password. If this is the first time you are pre-registering entries on-line, you will need to register as a new exhibitor.
A. To register as a new exhibitor, click on the “Register” button. B. Enter an Exhibitor ID (must be between 6 and 20 characters). C. Enter a password (must be between 3 and 15 characters). D. Enter a security word that can be used to identify you later. E. Enter your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, then click the “Register” button.
4. Once you are logged in, you can begin submitting your exhibit entries.
5. Click on the “Add New Exhibit” link.
6. Choose the Department that you will be entering from the list of Departments.
7. Choose the Class that you will be entering from the list of Classes that are displayed.
8. Choose the Lot that you will be entering from the list of Lots that are displayed.
9. You will be asked to confirm that your exhibit entry is correct.
10. You can then submit additional entries using the method above. A list of the exhibits that you have pre-registered will be displayed.
11. Once all of your entries have been pre-registered, click on the “Checkout” link.
12. You should print a copy of the form to bring with you when you bring your exhibits to the fair.
